KPA! SAFE House Dogs were pulled from the euthanasia list in order to give them a second chance at life. They have all been fully vetted, temperament tested as well as daily hands on socialization.
Animals listed at Kerr County Animal Control (KCAC) are located at 199 Spur 100, Kerrville TX 78028.
Their hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8-12 & 1-5. KPA will cover the cost of their spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip as well as half their adoption fee!
